Today's appointment

Hi! Sorry haven't been on for a few days.
Right, so at 35 weeks I was measuring 34, at 36 weeks I'm suddenly measuring 40.. so hosp are booking me a scan next week to check I'm not carrying an elephant.
Blood pressure was consistently 140/88, and had protein and blood and something else in urine... so MW sent me to hosp to get checked. they never mentioned the urine... and wrote my blood pressure down there as 104/88 instead of 140/88... which it still was because I saw it... but they did a blood test (for preeclampsia I think?) and his was normal so it doesn't really matter anyway I assume?
Then they did a scan to see how exactly how my breech bump is lying....
MY BREECH BUMP ISN'T BREECH! I have been panicking over nothing! They don't know if it has suddenly flipped since last week.... or if they have been feeling it's bum the whole time, thinking it was the head!
So, yeah, I should feel less stressed, but actually feel really quite stressed lol.
And that was my dad, so at least I get to see bump again next week on the scan!

wow how wierd! on the measurements and stuff! i guess you just gotta relax and try not to stress, very interesting that it grew that much!! haha!! x

Tell me about it! Think it's prob just the way the bump is lying... very strange shape... REALLY high... and when it moves its bum (as we now know it is) it looks like the shape of a cone.. I look like something out of alien... attractive!
