Not sure if this is the right place to ask but to those who have the Loola, my MIL has just bought me a Loola Oxygen Red and the Windoo part of it looks like it needs a screw driver to get the hood off? It is attatched with the seatbelt bit so the hood is on the wrong end, are you ment to have a screwdriver type thing come with the Windoo to undo it? As i dont appear to have one? We've tried a normal screwdriver but it is a particular shape so it doesnt unscrew it.. any help would be appreciated!! Sorry if this is a really stupid question but its confused me how to get the hood bit off
