TMI uncomfortable ache when sitting on rear end

Apologies for the title, but this is bothering me. I'm just aware when im sitting of that area..

I thought maybe its the pressure in my body, change of things moving around..

possible internal piles or hemroids yuck....

I can live with it, i just feel like a freak. Tell me i'm not alonnnnnnneeeee

sounds like piles to me, try getting a mirror and havig alook arround your opening i know this is a bit too much detail but women can get piles at any time of pregnancy and after,bit of cream will sort it out right away
