sorry if this it not a nice question... just something i've thought about when changing leah's nappy.
what if she has a really runny poo and some gets up her bumbelina (sorry dont know what to call it!! lol)?? can it cause an infection?

you do need to wipe her fluffypuff with wipes or cotton wool to get out any poop. wipe inside the lip area but not any further up so to speak..hope that helps.. if theres poop further up perhaps bath her?

its ok theres none gone inside i was just asking in case it happens... think i'd panic lol

urgh i hate it when poo gets all in between the creases- im quite meticulous i pull each side gently apart like one millimetre and wipe with one finger behind a baby-wipe (front to back of course!) but never stick anythiing up. it doesnt look like poo actually goes up anyway it just collects in the crease :puke:

I agree with trixipaws, amber just goes in the creases, the midwife showed me what to do when i first had her....just with a wipe or something wipe front to back

I just pull her mini apart a bit and wipe down and off and shes not uncomfortable with it and doesnt make a fuss.
