TMI: lumps and bumps?

Hello ladies

I've had a problem it's been going on for the past week.

The hood of my vagina lips near my clitorous, is very sensitive.

... Well that's how it started! Id shaved down there and the hair was growing back so I presumed I had a few trapped hairs:s although I've never had ingrowing hairs down there before

Also there has been a lot of Pressure around that area as I'vebeen weeing a lot.

It's sore to wipe , it looks Whitish and bumpy like an old scar. So. Sore and tender, any idea what it could be I'm going to doctors on Monday .

Not sure hun but I have had alot of pressure in the lips area. Had a look in the mirror and they are very swollen and purple. My job is desk based and if I sit for a long time, its really sore when I get up to walk

It's definitely not thrush...

It's like a hardened scar tissue but it's as sensitive as an open wound. Very sore!!

Oh ladies Ive just realised Other symptoms include:

When it gets wet, or I'm wearing
Knickers it gets more sore. When it's dried out its not too bad ..

Like a cut. :s x

Maybe you cut yourself shaving? Sometimes that happens to me & I dont realise.

I think the hairs follicles have become infected!

Lol sorry this is so gross! Swollen Fu Fu plus shaving rash equals unhappy Fu Fu x

Urine is very acidic and I'm wondering if it's irritated the skin and it's kind of burnt after shaving. Try a bit of sudocreme as a barrier cream (I swear by this stuff). When you wash down there use cooled boiled water, don't scrub or wipe, just separate the parts, lay the flannel against the skin and almost massage it gently. Make sure it's completely dry and pop a bit of sudocreme on. Don't use anything perfumed on it as it will irritate it, even Sanex and similar products can irritate it.

Hey Marley,
Have you been tested for Group B Strep?
MW say there is no symptoms, but I had this in late pregnancy and I actual managed to scratch myself, and bled.
I wasnt 100% if the bled was from this or internal so I went to the hospital to get it checked out and they said that I had come back positive for Strep B.
Dont want you to worry as it may not be this at all, and just shaving rash etc also you do get quite sensitive and under pressure down there in late pregnancy, but it is worth getting tested for Strep B just incase.
( can be very harmful to the baby while coming through birth canal, if positive just means that you will need to be given antibiotic at the birth to stop baby contracting it)

i think it may just be the glands down there becoming infected due to you shaving and hair folicles getting ingrown, hope your not in too much pain x try a nice hot bath to sooth the skin x x x
