TMI CM Tracking - Need help..

I use Fertility Friend to try get an idea of when I ovulate (saves on my poas addiction) but there is one type of cm though that always has me stumped, and that is sticky cm.

Is it generally classified as lumpy, crumbly tacky thick stuff ? Because there's nothing sticky about it and I can't get a good idea of my pattern to chart it as I stick it down as sticky or creamy.

Hope it's the last time I have to chart this

I never got "sticky". Either lotion/creamy, EWCM or watery. Like you said though, I do believe sticky is meant to be clumpy stuff :-\

When my CM was messed up from the implant hormones, it was like... A sticky glob. Sounds horrid but it was like a clear sticky blob.

I dont think thats good. The sperm are meant to be able to move better etc in EWCM, dont see how theyd move in that kinda stickiness.

Yep.. that's the stuff, I know I've done ovulating when it arrives, I'm just insane and like to note it down if possible to see if a cycle is different. It's going between creamy and sticky stuff but like I said it's not exactly sticky.

My estrogen has come back low twice now so I wonder if this is to do with my hormones? I have totally missed ewcm this month.. been pre-Christmas dieting which can't help when my estrogen is low so I doubt I've ovulated (hope I've just missed it )

I've never taken any contraception just condoms, my cycle has always been messed up because of my thyroid but didn't expect the low estrogen stuff. I suspect somethings going on, I'm either not Oving or if I was, my LP was 9 days last cycle.

C+ ? Is that vit c? I'm afraid to take anything.. I thought about taking soy isoflavones in Jan but that could effect my thyroid. xx

C+ is Conceive Plus - baby making friendly lubricant if CM is a bit lacking is can help make sure that there is a suitable environment for the sperm to swim in.

We used one called Preseed when we conceived our son... but someone here recommeded Yes Baby which is organic and I have switched to that now.

As said above. Its a fertility friendly lubricant. I used it first month and conceived my son. Used it cycle 3 this cycle and yet to see if it worked.

I agreed with the hormonal point. Could be your CM is changing because of progesterone levels.

Ooh (blonde moment) I'm using that already, I've been using it for 2/3 months now. I think I'll buy it again when it's gone too but I haven't heared of Yes Baby. I can't say if it's helped, usually I'm fine just this month noticed less cm than usual.

I started ewcm yesterday and today and I got two postive opks too so looks like I was late, although this could mean my LP comes up short again. Fingers crossed xx

I'm not sure, it's CD29 for me and usually I average on 36 day cycles so if I oved on the 28th or today it's not very long for implantation. But I've heared of women getting pregnant with 9 day LP so yes fingers crossed all round for all of us x
