Tmi alert... Discharge 5 weeks pp

So my LO came nearly 5 weeks ago and my bleeding all but stopped 3 days ago. This morning I have had period type pains and when I went to the toilet just now, on my Pantyliner was a big glob of what looks like placenta!!!! It was over an inch and jelly like. Not like a blood clot at all.... Should I be worried??? It was really quite large

Bare in mind bleeding can carry on for 6 weeks. I had the same thing after bleeding stopped really quick. Unless it carries on majorly, I wouldn't worry. If you're really unsure try your HV, but should all go back to normal again after your 1st proper period.
