Tmi alert! Bum pain...

I had my LO 9 days ago and had an episiotomy and ventouse delivery. The last two day I keep getting sudden pain in my bum. It really takes me by surprise. It's worse when I've been sitting. It's making going to the toilet quite uncomfortable.... Any ideas?

Tri hopping here but I got that quite a bit after my son I'm convinced ut was from all the pushing and pressure hopefully it'll ease soon xx

I had this and didn't have an episiotomy - I didn't actually need any stitches so I think it may just be from all the pushing. It really hurts doesn't it?! I would just be sitting there and all of a sudden id get this sharp pain it literally took my breath away and when it happened a few times I started to worry a bit! Luckily it just stopped after a few weeks - I had completely forgot about it actually until I read this ha. As for going to the loo, it took a good 4 weeks before I could go to the toilet normally again, it didn't hurt just felt really funny 'pushing' ha but it did go back to normally thankfully! Xx

Thank you for replying! It does really bloody hurt. Bothering me more than my stitches lol! Hopefully it will go away soon! The things us women go through hey! X
