tips to ensure you ovulate?

Hi I've seen lots of tips for CM such as honey, natural yogurt, cough medicine.

But are there also remedies to try to ensure you ovulate each month?

Or do we just assume that we do, if we are a healthy weight etc?

I'm loving all the tips here
