egg white cm I THINK is the most fertile time.

Not sure of time frame - think 24 hours, but I know that when you get a +ive OPK then you will ovulate in the next 36 hrs or so

positive opk - from the beginning of the surge its 24-48 hours till ov - but don't forget you may have started your surge just after testing the previous day and be coming to the end of it when you get a positive - so quick quick ...get bding
