Hey,

So for the last 4-5 days I hve noticed things happening more. I am currently 33+4.

I was in the hospital a couple of days ago to get checked over and I was on the monitat, they were happy I wasn't in labour and let me go.

The tightenings are still happening. They are to the point now where they are waking me the last 2 nights maybe 4-5 times a night. Anyone else having this?

I have felt tightenings very early on bit not to the extreme of waking me.

Hi

Yes I have had these since about the same point on and off and I don't care what anyone says sometimes they actually hurt.

I am currently 38 and they wake me up :( didn't have them with my other kids so bit of a shock!

Good bit of advice - stay hydrated!!! It does make a huge difference xxx

I'm glad I'm not alone in it. I've been thinking alsorts like what if it's an infection or placenta abration :( I'm such a worrier. I have been trying to stay hydrated but then nature calls about 4 times in the night!!

Do yours change depending on what you're doing physically?

I have finished work now, a very active job, and not done much for the last week. I wondered if they were happening more due to me being less active? I've forced myself to go for a walk today! Xx

Not sure you could be right there tho as mine are bad at night which would be when I am syill??

They can come with a urine infection so get that checked but it's definitely not that with me.

I feel for u, hopefully they will go away for uou xx

Yeah mine are worse at night... Perhaps we are on to something!

I has urine checked a few days ago and was clear.

Thanks, me too :( not much fun xx

Yep I've had them quite bad today too sometimes it's really uncomfortable

I got them from about 32 weeks, they sometimes had me drop to my knees! Drink plenty and they will ease. Braxtons are good for you, they strengthen your uterus. Mine were worse when I had done too much.
