Ticker Confusion

Ok so now the darn has decided to visit twice I thought I may be able to have a ticker but now I am confused, AF has arrived today so why does my ticker say that I can take a HPT in 2 days? Whats the point?!

Just kidding, the tickers do all seem a bit messed up at the moment, mine is convinced it's the 8th today!
