Hi

Took my boy to the docs this morning as i have had a painfull breast and notices a white coating on his tongue and yes he has thrush. The doc only prescribes medicine for him. I thought (and told him so!) that i had to take something too as i will re-infect him when he feeds. He said no just treating him will be ok?

Can anyone else let me know how they were treated in a similar situation?

Thanks

they gave riley nystatin. and didnt give me anything either. after 2 bottles of the stuff, i demanded something for me. and they gave me tablets flucozole or something, which enters the b.milk and can help him too.

seemed to do they trick.

Of course you need to be treated too or you'll just reinfect him.

What are they like????

I'd recommend fluconazole. It's much more effective than just cream.

good luck
