blisters and thrush???

Faith last week had white spots on her toungue took her to docs and he said its normal (AGAIN)

Well the last 2 days she has developed white blister looking things all around her mouth lips and gums!!

Could this be thrush i have tryed getting it off but no its well stuck on there!!
