Thoughts on evening primrose oil?

Has anyone tried EPO to soften the cervix? Can i have stories please xxx

I did! I took from about 35/36 weeks. Had 2 capsules a day and then inserted one vaginally every evening. I think it worked as my cervix was soft at my induction at 39 weeks and I dilated really quick once active labour was underway. May of been a coincidence but defo worth taking xx

I had baths with it in from about 36 weeks and when i had my sweep at 40 weeks, my cervix was favourable and I dilated well without the hormone drip unlike the time before. However, again, it could just be coincidence ))
