How come Harrison can now go 4 hours at night between feeds but during the day he has a screaming fit if its been 2 hours ifykwim?

Is the milk at night more filling? Or do they just sleep through the hunger?

Probably he just needs more during the day because there's more going on and he needs the calories. The light acts as a cue for him to be awake or asleep as well so his body slows down at night.

mw also told me that milk flows better at night, so maybe gets more quicker?

He instinctively knows that he should be feeding often during the day so that he can tank up, then he will sleep longer and better at night. He's also boosting your supply.
