nhs r the worst for looking after the pregnant staff !! I work for them too and thought it was appropriate to move me to a new ward to set it up would have been fine but it was care of the elderly which is very heavy work they knew i was pregnant and had spd !!! ended up getting signed off at 25 weeks xxxx
