Think I have had some plug leave....35+3

I've just been to the bathroom and I think I have had a part of my plug leave....

it was sort of mucus like with no smell or anything.

I've read that this can regenerate itself, but should I be at all worried at all as I'm only 35+3?

Also getting very strong Braxton Hicks, which makes me very tight, sore and hard all over.

Mine went with all mine in dribs and drabs for weeks, I had bh with all, they hurt and were regular especially towards the end, x
