Wow Wednesday,

Luuurve the pram! You say they do this in yellow? It looks perfect!

By the way, what age does the pram go up too out of interest?

Not sure if it's a bit out of our price range but it's simply perfect!

X

It would probably go up to age 3 I guess! You'd use the carrycot until 6 months and then the seat unit.

Saying that, my 5 year old only weighs 15kg so technically he'd still fit haha

Here's just a few of the many she's done. I think there may be plenty more to come too!!

Ohhhhh MrsS they are just precious!!!!

Does she do commissions? LOL! Now this is where I wish I could knit!

Tell her to keep em coming!

Sounds like a plan horsing a good stock pile up, I mean, who wants to trawl out with a brand new baba. I think ya women have this instinctive "nesting" compulsion in us!

Oh so it's gonna really last quite along time Wednesday!

Oooooo might have to start working on hubby about this but he's just rang me after working away to say "Don't but anything for the house we're skint" HA! So maybe bad timing... I'll plan my attack for next month mwhagaha!

Went on a mini spree and discovered H&M do just the cutest and trendiest baby clothes but hardly aaaaany gender neutral stuff for our not know the sex yet until birth bean!

BUT! Their sales are uh-mazing! £3 for this balloon sleepsuit which I think is kiiiinda gender neutral... pink or blue hat with it haha!

And because we're having a winter babbie we couldn't resist the snow suit! Oh and TKMaxx have some cool stuff in as well, I got the sleepy sheep sleepsuit from there. Oh and I couldn't resist, I had this book as a kid and was so fascinated with the illustrations in it... bit of a traditional but sentimental buy :)

My daughter had the peepo book last year from Dolly Parton imagination library! If you register when baby is born you get a book every month until they are 5 I think x

Oh those knitted cardis are so cute. My mums also a knitter, but she doesnt sell her stuff because she thinks no one will be interested. She makes cardis, full outfits, baby blankets/shawls/sleeping bags, soft toys like rag dolls/bears/rabbits. I think Crochet items are very beautiful also. Wouldnt mind some crochet bits

My mums the same and it's a shame, she's so good at it. When people see her stuff they always love it! I love the crochet things too. Especially the little hats, too cute!

I'm going into H&M tomorrow, hopefully I'll find a wee bargain too xx

MrsS she would have a cue at her door I'm sure! It's a dying art!

Your baby is going to look the cutest but be the cosiest for sure!

You know people pay a fortune for crochet toys and blankets!

Hey Beau!

Ohh thank you! I'm so glad you think that - I looked at it again tonight and maybe cos it's got the smallest bit of blue in it I started thinking "Uh oh too boyish?!" but you have reaffirmed for me!

By the way I love your new baby outfit - anything with a splash of yellow or lemon is just the seeetest - cool set x

I might do that, cheers for the tip off! Mega bonus because I think Dolly Parton is lovely :good:

So my shopping trip was very successful :D I now have all the baby essentials to pack baby's hospital bag (when the time comes) and I've got enough to do us the first few days until we get a splash of colour :D I got all newborn, 6 sleep suits, 7 vests, a long sleeved vest, 6 pairs of scratch mits, 3 muslin squares, 5 bibs and my mum got baby a going home from hospital outfit - a sleep suit with matching hat and reversable jacket. I'll also have a knitted shawl and cardis to add to that. Feeling like I've achieved something now :D xx

This is the cot we got as well. Apart from nappies and wipes we've not got anything else but it's a start! Xx

Have you considered your baba may not fit in newborn size clothes? All the first clothes we bought were either up to 1 month or 0-3 months! You might have a slightly bigger baba that doesn't fit in newborn xx

Yip considered it. My son was 8lb 3 (but very short as are me and his dad) and he was in up to 7.5lb baby clothes for the first 2 weeks.. I made the mistake of only buying up to 1 month/up to 10lb when I was having him and when he was born I didn't have a single thing that fitted him. My mum had to do a mad dash for smaller things for me! I'm getting growth scans throughout so if they miraculously say I'm having a 10lb baby I'll obviously buy bigger but I'm very doubtful (As growth scans for me are to check for small growth). Plus baby won't be going overdue either, I'll be getting sweeps from 38 weeks. I'm confident I'm sorted :) x
