Things YOU want to do before babs is born

as title says... what things do u want to take the time to do b4 baba is born???

I want to have everything organised in the house, Soph's room sorted, plus all baby stuff ready and waiting - other than that I cannot think just now!

I want to have everything organised and clean too...... just not happening at the moment!! lol!

I have a list - would like baby to not arrive for another week maybe 2 (hope he/she is taking note):-

Still to do
Birth Plan (nothing like leaving it late eh)
Sort cupboard understairs (has lots of junk in it)
Re-arrange the cupboards in the utility room need a baby cupboard but not one empty!
Sort out my clothes & store or send to charity shop or ebay
Clean oven (notice its at the bottom of the list)

Treats planned for next week as an incentive to get the above done
-Pedicure
-Hair Cut
-Nice baths & face masks with chocolates

Have done so far
Sorted out all the bills & filed & shredded like mad as husband just filled everything
Washed/ironed all baby bits
Nursery all ready
Packed hospital bag

Think thats it!

Apart from get organized and ready for the baby I want to...

have a weekend away with me and OH (oh and dog) where we can just chill and spend some time together from the madness and a few short walks by the coast

Cinema - brave it and see Australia (perhaps take a cushion with me!!)- and the slum dogs of Bangledesh (think thats what its called)

Have a lunch with all my girlfriends (baby shower that isnt a baby shower as such)

Have my bikini wax done a week before due!! Hair dyed and cut !! and a pedicure!!

ohhhhh and loads of baths!!!!

I recommend taking time to go out and have a nice meal with you good friend/OH etc as once LO is here an uninterrupted meal is a rare thing!

Im running out of time.........however I will say I have had at least 2 baths a day, and at least one has been full to the brim, with lots of my favourite Molton Brown Bubble Bath!! Havent had a pedicure as yet but could really do with one asap - my toes have never looked so awful!

My nesting instincts unfortunately still havent kicked in, but the nursery is pretty much completed, the moses basket is on its stand and ready to go in our room, bedding is all washed and ready. All LO's clothes are washed, and hung in his wardrobe! My hospital bag is almost packed, as is LO's - I just cant decide what to wear home after a c-section!

I still need to charge the camera, pack some money and a few other bits!!

Oh I feel stressed now

I've got so much to tell my hubby to do!! loads of painting, want the stairs repainted and the kitchen ceiling not to mention the nursery all done.
He's currently making the loft into a room for himself cos I wanted to keep mine and the babies having his.
It's all busy busy busy here (for him!)

My jobs are to plant my seeds in April and thats all the gardening I think i'll be getting done before the babies here. Havn't got much else to do, just pamper myself I suppose! 8)

Have lots of bath and pamper time.... (as much as my bump will allow me to bend )
Watch my sex and the city box set from start to finish
Read a good book
Make the turtle teddy bear thing that ive bought for wee man
Enjoy some just me and Lee time
Bake some cakes (odd I know )
Get the bedroom and sitting room painted

I will prob add more b4 im finished

Have a decent night's sleep lol..

I have most of what i wanted to accomplish, done.

I wanted Kade settled into nursery, organize his room and get all the baby's stuff together, wanted to lose some weight, which i have.. urrmmm.. would have been nice to get my garden fence up and shed, so Kade could go outside and play and give the house a chance to remain tidy for at least an hour a day lol x

1. Finish off my big projects at work so I can relax when I take maternity leave
2. Decorate the nursery and find some nice pictures for the walls
3. Have OH finish off the raised deck area that he's currently building in the garden
4. Read a few books
5. Go to the cinema
6. Eat out more with OH while we still can (though this is proving difficult as he keeps suggesting we need to save, not spend )

That's it really, I'm quite easy to please

Can i reccommend eating a meal from start to finish ,sleeping , shaving your legs and tidying the lady bits and having sex. All these are now a thing of the past.

Im in the middle of getting the babies room sorted so get that finished and I am gonna wash and iron all the clothes so they are nice and fresh, we are heading away next weekend for a few days with my b/f's parents and sis and her baby (4weeks old) pack bag for hospital in feb or start march and for the rest of the time im really not sure what i need to do, but im sure and certain we will all get organised

OMG there is so much i need to do!

I could really do with getting the stairs and hall painted, get some bunk beds for the boys, still have to buy a cot and get it ready!

The strange thing is that i actually would love to move house before my baby comes!!! i don't think it will happen though!
