So just curious what can you do to get your baby to move i havent been getting as much movement as usual and dont want to ring my midwife just yet hehe.

having a bath makes mine go mad, don't know whether it would feel weightless in the water or something but it really enjoys it - gets ripples in the water and all sorts.

fizzy drinks, also at 23 weeks I got more movement when I was laid quietly on my back....

Cold water helps mine kick away for ages if i notice not much baby movements or fizzy drinks(sugar)
hope ur lil uns moving abit more for you now :D x

thanks everyone for your help

phoned the hospital tonight and they told me to come in and see someone they checked my baby's heartbeat everything was fine and about the pains i was having they reckon i have a urine infection so they gave me some anti-biotics.

Glad you went in and got checked out honey. Some babys do go nuts in the bath, my little brother used to when my mum was pregnant and i loved watching it, it was something i was looking forward to when i became pregnant. But the bath is one of the few things the calms my little boy down, he bounces almost constantly. Music with a strong base always got him moving at around your stage though. Hope your getting some rest and hope the pain is easing xx
