Wasn't sure where to put this but I'm so angry. I google searched a DVD boxset I wanted and it came up cheapest on TheHut.Com, but I ordered it BEFORE reading reviews and it turns out I've just paid £80 for something that will probably never turn up, and if it does it'll have DVDs missing (from the boxset.)

Argh!!!!!!!!!!!!! People are saying they won't cancel orders either.

I paid by debit card. I e-mailed them and said I need to cancel it and they need to get back to me today. If they don't can I ring the bank?!

I'm confused why won't it turn up?

We have ordered Wii games from thehut and had no problem at all - I find them sometimes a little slow but never a problem?!
