The waiting game!

Has any1 else noticed that all we seem to do is wait! Wen I was ttc there was the 2ww,then bfp,then tentatively waiting for 12 week milestone,then waiting to b 14 weeks and in tri 2,then we wait for our 20 week scan,then wait til 24 weeks to get us to v day. Then we wait to b a tri 3er then we wait for our babies to make an appearance.

That doesn't include waitin for next appts,baby to move,oh's to feel baby move and all the other little milestones along the way. I remember in the early days wen I couldn't wait to b 24+ weeks then wen I got there I wanted to b 30 weeks,now I wanna b34 weeks lol xx

Know exactly what you mean I feel exactly the same! Im not exactly patient either, so many people say motto wish it away but it's hard not to. I am so excited it's unbelievable, and I dreamt of labour last night, I just want it to happen! Sounds stupid and I don't want a prem baby but I just can't wait til the new year. X

I'm normally a patient person but right now I just want to cuggles her, atm it's like christmas is coming up and everyone seems so excited and i'm just like I want my little roo lol. 8 weeks to go today! xXx

Im impatient already! And i am only going to be 10weeks on Friday haha.

My life feels like a waiting game, i see OH on weekends so i have to wait all week for friday, especially this week as i see midwife on friday too. I am impatient that my 12week scan is another 2 weeks this friday, and i am impatient about getting a bump, i just want one! Haha. Look at us all wishing away time, when babies are growing up we will wish to go back in time! Crazy xxxx

I remember when I was 5 weeks and looking at other girls tickers wishing I was 12 weeks. Then I got to 12 weeks and wanted to be 20!!!!! Now I'm just about 16 wks and can't wait for my scan! I bet after my 20 wk scan I'll be wanting to be in tri 3!
I try not to wish time away and I'm enjoying being pregnant the majority of the time but come on haha!

That's me exactly! Tri 3 seems forever away but it's not really! Get Xmas out the way, I leave work at the end of Jan then I think it's Feb 4th is when I hit Tri 3! To be honest, Tri 2 is going quickly and I love it. X

Yeah Lex, I feel like tri 2 is going quickly too Maybe because I've been so busy moving house! Won't be long till we're both in Tri 3

I'm glad I'm not the only one!
My friend is 24 weeks gone and has everything :O

Butt.. Family & friends will all be buying baby bits for Xmas so hopefully that will knock a load of things off the list

January is definately the time for shopping!

I agree Emma, I only just saw this thread today, the day you actually turned the 34 weeks you wanted to!!

I have under 3 weeks left and it has really slowed right down now. half of me wants to have my baby now, half of me wants to remain pregnant! Sounds silly but that's it for me , as I have agreed with OH to getting my bits snipped when in theatre this time, whatever happens at the birth - that's me done.
