My mum was a missed twin her mum was just delivering the placenta and out she popped!! Imagine the suprise!

It was an amazing story, however she got so engrossed in telling me she dropped a heap of wax in my hair - I left the salon looking like a scarecrow. I didnt really mind, she obviously loves telling people about her experience!

my dad is one of 11 and when my gran was onto her 9th pregnancy she got told hours before it was twins she was no bigger coz she had always had really big babies my dad was 14lb 5oz she had them a few hours later weighing over 8lb each really big for twins a boy and a girl, it was her first and only girl she has i always laff saying even when you got a girl you still got a boy with her lol

and saying that last night i was laying in bed and lil man was moving top bottom and sides and i did think "what if there is still another 1?" As they found an empty sack at my 12wk scan but just avoided it n nothing was mentioned again x

my MIL didn't know she was pregnant with my OH until she was 20w which i thought was pretty amazing, but twins at 39 weeks, thats incredible!!

I'm just going to pop and double check my scan pics . . . lol

I really want to have twins! My brothers are Identical twins! But my mum did know there was two of them!!!

a woman i work with had a MC about 35 years ago and about 5 month later she went to doctor as she didnt feel to well and found out she was still carrying 1 baby as it had been twins in there. she didnt have a clue but said she loved only have to be "pregnant" for 4 month

I heard a story/urban myth about a woman who had a scan and was told she was having 1 boy. It turned out she had twin girls, the one twin was hiding right behind the other with a little foot poking out which the sonographer mistook for a boys tackle can you imagine the shock?!
