Yeah Hun, we looked into it and we could cover the mortgage with rent from this place it's just the danger of not having a tenant that worries us. Then we would have to cover the mortgage and rent on another place. My flat is in the most sought after area of where I live so the rental Market is good.
I think me and A need a good chat about moving coz I'm fed up of the tiny living space, the bloody stairs up to the flat and the fact that the car is parked right down the street xx

today i cleaned the bathroom
kitchen, including floors
cleaned and polished living room
hoovered everywhere including bedroom
dushed
1 load of washing
gave the fridge a clean inside
tomorrow im having a rest........ =)

Omg piglet I love your house! Today I'll be having a sweet FA day! Got so much else to do! Did so much yesterday I still can't get over it 
Well I've got to go out and deliver invitations to my jamie party, sort my avon delivery and get cash and post my books for the next avon campaign.
I feel like rubbish with a wisdom tooth infection and I could just sleep all day! Once I've done all my deliveries I can't see myself having the energy for any housework but I can't stand the state of the place at the moment!

I feel so motivated by this thread! I've cleaned the whole of upstairs, windows, polished, bathroom scrubbed, floors hoovered and washed. Just putting Drake down for a nap then its hoovering the stairs, sort out washing, wash sofas, polish, hoover and wash the floors. All done for the weekend then!

I've done pretty much nowt today, just the usual picking up after the kids and OH. Been swimming with the boys this morning, they are asleep now so I'm gonna PF it for a bit then have a potter about the house. Nothing major tho xx

Thanks mrs!! I have to say I love it too , first rental house I've loved and decorated!! I thunk I only seenbur kitchen it's pretty lushtoo, When I get sorted decorating we shud have a hose thread lol I personally have loved seeing peoples homes lol xx

nope been a while since my sheets have seen any action

I'm at my parents place but I'm caught up with my laundry while I'm here, still got to wash towels and bedding tomorrow. And forgot to pack LOs laundry bag so that's not done
hopefully that's achieveable tomorrow!
I'm gonna post photos tomorrow, my house just needs a good tidy up

Hi ladies
I have a big task in store today.
We have been really lazy and haven't cleaned the kitchen for 2 days!! Yeah I know, its terrible. In our defense we've been out loads and ate a chinese last night so no need to tidy kitchen (my excuse lool)
But the problem is i'm sooooo lathargic and tired, I think I may have to do it in sections. Rest of house is so/so, If I can just sort out the kitchen today, i'll be happy, but want to get it done before dinner time! As I wanna make home made soup later.
Will take a pic later if I remember!
