The hard bit!

Anyone else notice that the bit above your pubic bone and below your belly button is curved and hard! By the evening it all sticking out, especially after drinking water, and rock hard!

ha I wish, I havn't done any exersize fokr 3 weeks since I had the spotting and now my belly is all squishy!
