I'm just wondering, how far ahead you guys have thought? How much maternity leave will you take? Will you return to work? Will you work part time? Etc?

I already work 3 days per week - 21 hours, but eventually I plan on working 21 hours over 4 days - when baby no 3 is at school (not yet conceived ha ha).

I haven't thought too far ahead. I've only just got a new job working 12-16 hours over 3/4 days (it's evening shifts 6-10pm)
I will probably take 6months. But all depends on the sleeping habits of the new one.
My job is so flexible though I can work more hours or less when I need to. But saying that, I'm not sure how it works out when I'm pregnant, as I have to do some lifting. (Although not massively heavy)

Hi,
I live in the Netherlands so the maternity leave deal is a bit different here I think. I work full time so we get 16 weeks paid leave a then Im planning to take another 16 weeks unpaid also.
Ill then return to work full time however I have the option of working from home a few days a week which hopefully takes the pressure off
