Weve not used them but ive heard other couole have ans have been happy with it. Theyre in a nice inconspicious box arent they :lol:

Not sure but dried cranberries on cereal might be an alternative?? I eat thise as not keen on cranberry juice....feels wrong....esp in a wine glass!
 
Dont envy you with all this cold weather :lol: glad youre feeling positive. Positive healthy mind and body (and no pants!) Is a good combination!
 
Sorry dear, I've never seen a man so into ttc in a forum before. It's a really sweet thing of you, trying to share our other halves sides and views on ttc. Actually, to me it's like an unbelievable encounter with a unicorn :lol: its my first time reading something like this, wish u all good luck with being superspermman!
I read your posts, and it's interesting, but I don't really have something to contribute with except for curiosity really.

I asked my DH about the cranberry juice and he says he has a glass of it a day but breaks it down into 3 glasses with a third cranberry and two thirds water to dilute it as it's very strong.

Also he said if you are having fruit juice and fruit be careful with vitamin C supplements as if you have too much of it your body will flush it out along with other good vitamins. And if you take too much it can make you feel ill as can too much fruit juice.

ps grapefruit is good too.

Hi,

Not been on for a few days!

Well just keeping any who are interested up to date:) I decided to take supplements in the end for my sperm conditioning as well as eating better and drinking much more water!

I have noticed the large water intake has made my ejaculate amount more larger but as said I’m guessing for my Sperm rate to go up will take time as the supplements need to work :) skin looks better too so that’s a bonus..

I think its great youre getting yourself in shape. Yes it might taje a while but it might not? I think having a positive attitude really helps....low stress is always going to be a good thing! :lol:
