Hi ladies

Just wanted to send you all a message to say thank you very much for your surpportive messages that you posted during what felt like a mammoth labour!!! technically it was a 48 hour latent phase followed by a 11 hour proper labour to say I was shattered by the end of it would be an understatement.

Special thanks to Fly for keeping you all updated and letting me know that you were all rooting for me....it meant a lot to know that you were all there.

We did manage to have the homebirth we wanted and Poppy eventually arrived safe and well at 12:28am on 18th October. I know I'm biast but she really is the most beautiful little girl on the planet and even though I've only had her a couple of days I love her sooooooo much.

I'll post my full birth story and more pics as soon as I get chance but here's a couple of photo's of my princess just to keep you going
