Tesco PT : Help please!!

Did a Tesco's pregnancy test this morning and got two lines ...... trouble is the line in the control window was vertical and the pregnancy line was horizontal ?!?

Did I do the test wrong or was it invalid?

I had one that did that, I phoned them and they said it was a neg

Invalid hun. the lines all need to be verticle.
