How do you know which model to go for im just about to order mine online iv never used one before and havnt a clue which one to get please someone help im loosing the will to live!!!!!!

there are like 5 different ones on this website n they all look different there is obi tens, mama tens, lady tens, elle tens, femme tens?????? what do i choose!
