just realised i can use this section as im a mum now lol  was just wondering when do babys start teething?

Louie has been wjat i would call teething for a few weeks now already, hes chewing on his fists furiously, everything goes in his mouth & you can just tell that it won't be to long.

my other 2 though didn't actually get any teeth until they were 7 mth old.
i would say then that babies on average teeth anywhere from 2 mths  until well over a year!! its a long process until all their teeth are through.

madis constantly chewing her fists and dribbling now!

jamies fed up with his teethin lol, puts everything he can find in his mouth and screams if i dont put enough calgel on lol

Lydia got her first 2 teeth at 7 months.

She's just cut her molars this past month. That was not fun.

for finlay he was nearly 3 months when i first noticed he had the signs of teething. he's not been a happy bunny these last couple of weeks and is sleeping terribly at night due to it :(

babies can be born with teeth.

go with what your mummy instinct says.

thanx hun thats what ive had to do so far as my HV keeps telling me oppposite to everything i feel  lol

no worries. i tend to ask my mum with questions before i ask my hv. :D

you know what your baby wants and needs. go with your gut.

if you really don't get on with your hv, you can ask to swap.

Aaron was teething from 3 months old but nothing appeared till 6 months so be prepared! He's just got his 13th and 14th tooth through which were awful  He's been so upset and poorly with these ones bless him!
