Ok. I have absolutely no idea about teething. The whole idea confuses me.

Can someone please tell me about symptoms and behaviour i should expect.

Last night i was up every half an hour, and not always to feed. I put her in bed with me a 3am and we slept a little better. She has a temperature so i gave her Calpol. She is screaming constantly. When she sleeps it's on me, i cannot put her down or it's starts all over again! She's recently started sucking her thumb, chews it occasionally. And she has a snotty nose.

Is this the start or is she just unwell? All my nephews didn't get teeth til they were gone 1. I expected the same.

Sounds a bit like it hun.
Ted tends to go off his food when its a really bad day, his cry is definitely a pain cry - not wingey hungry/tired cry - and he sucks his fist like mad. Also catch him rubbing his gums with his tongue - which is hilarious as it looks like he's chewing gum!
Blimming teeth, get used to it though, as it goes on a while! :(
