Teething and temperature

Damien has been really warm since cutting teeth, he has ont through (well the top is) but he is still running warm. Is this normal?

I think since hes past a certain age now that he cut his first the rest will follow quite fast, does he have any others coming in?
Kiara got one two days later the next started coming now a week later her third is gonna cut through.

I'm not that worried, just wondered if other kids were the same. It looks like another one might be coming through, but he wont let me look in his mouth anymore so I don't know.

aww hun i know what you mean its a fight to look into Kiaras and i have to do it without her biting me lol, have to pry them open
