You can get one that looks like a rabbit, it is a glove that you wear and rub the tooth with that. Also there are special brushes for babies with long necks. Just let B explore it, have a chew etc, then use it to brush his teeth, make it fun etc. If he is being very resistant, let him watch you brush your teeth etc.
