teen mums, likely 2 b early?

is it true that if ur a younger mum, ur baby is likely 2 b early? xx

i always wondered this!! i know a few teen mums and all there babies have been up to 4 weeks early wonder if its just coincidence?

mothers under 18 and over 35 are more likely to have premature babies.

i thinks its one of those things you can never be prepared for im 22 and my baby was born early so technicaly im not young or old

Sams sister was 18 giving birht to her LO she was late, over 2 weeks I think.

I think they mean young teens... those under the age of 16... because their bodies haven't stopped growing yet...

i was 16 by 3days and had a happy healthy lovely pregnancy and was 3days overdue. xx

It all very much depends why you may be at risk. I was 19 and 21 when I gave birth to both my preemies but have difficulties carrying anyway. There are prems born to mums of all ages so I don't think it's always more likely if you are younger x
