Teat question again...

OK have to tyoe qwik here, changed hay over to Teat 2 on the TT bottles however sometimes it comes out so bloody fast and goes EVERYWHERE the thing is i tried switching back to the 1 teats but sometimes it is very slow and him and he ends up falling asleep on it and only sometimes finishing...

Short of feeding him from a cup which he's a bit young for is there a knack to feeding him with the 2 teats or a way for it to come out a bit better but not pouring, I'd like him to still be able to be in control of how much he's getting...

How about using the variflow teats? TT do them and the milk comes out at the rate that baby sucks rather than at a set flow if that makes sense?

Sharne I have a couple of the variflow teats if you want to try them. I tried them but they didn't really work for us because my little madam is a very lazy feeder. If I can find them you're welcome to them - one has never been used the other less than a handful.

Do you have any other types of bottle? I find the TT CTN ones very fast. I have Dr Brown bottles too and they are MUCH slower at stage 2 but faster than TT stage 1 if you know what I mean.

Me too. Erin has been on stage 2 Dr Brown's since 2 weeks old, and they really aren't that much faster then stage 1, I find she feeds really well off these. Good luck xx

We use the variflow teats with Macey and she feeds really well from them you could just buy one pack and see how he gets on with them x
