Tears & healing advice

nooo its fine. despite all the mutilation i would do it again today with out a thought. its just the most fantastic experience

You have to put up with it for a few weeks, but it does get better! I felt like an old woman at first and was popping paracetamol all day. It sounds as though you are doing all the right things. Hope you feel better soon

might be too late with the advice, but get some lemon barley and cranberry juice to drink. mw recommended it as they make your pee less acidic. drink lots of it too. certainly helped! even weeing in a bath didn't help me, as tear was next to pee hole
