When should you be worried about tearfulness and crying? I have birth 4 and a half weeks ago and it seems to be getting worse. I'm pretty sure its just because of tiredness but am worried about becoming depressed.

I don't know the answer to this one but you're not alone as I still feel like this sometimes and yes I'm sure the lack of sleep doesn't help!! xx

I'd speak to your health visitor honey, just to put your mind at rest. Is there anyone that could watch LO for you for a couple of hours so you can catch up on some sleep? x :hugs: x you're not alone x

Ignore any mistakes-my iPhone is addicted to autocorrect!

I agree with Helen, try to get someone to have your LO (even if theyre just downstairs) while you get some sleep. Honest to god I completely understand....it could be sleep deprivation though darlin or hormones but better its monitored sooner rather than later massive hug for you xxx
