I had a change of circumstances due to moving my partner in and I had an overpayment but when I rang them about paying it back they said it doesn't need to be paid until the end of the tax year in April..
It seems strange that they are demanding that amount back in 30 days.. Even the lady I spoke to about our overpayment said they don't expect us to pay it all back at once..x
