Tampon question (tmi alert)

Well I eventually got my first AF this week (started on the 1st) and I immediately started to use tampax compact (the ones with the plastic applicator).

Well I feel as if they keep 'slipping down' and nearly falling out! DON'T LAUGH!

Anyone else experience this ever? Hopefully i'm not the only one with a saggy bucket................ runs off to stick head in the oven

Im using the super-super-duper-biggest-you-can-get tampons , and they STILL dont feel right

Better get doing them pelvic floors eh? (although i have and it doesnt seem to make much difference )

before i fell pg this time around i still couldn't wear them at my heavest... the lighter days and if i had a liner i was 'ok' wearing them.

I had a similar problem with the silly no-flow little ones but the yellow ones or the green ones are fine. When I brought home a big roll of cotton wool one day OH joked I should be using those

I liked the sound of the mooncup, but someone I know found there was a vacuum effect, and it got stuck!
