Swollen ankles and feet

Hi ladies

My feet are swollen, does anybody else have this? They don't hurt just feel a little tight. My feet and ankles are noticeably swollen, I thought this didn't happen until much further on in pregnancy - I am 22 weeks. I had my blood pressure checked today which was fine.

Is this normal before I add this to my list of worries??

I had this at your stage when it was hot weather or had walked to far.

My feet and ankles are swollen, I think its due to fluid retention and the extra weight we are carrying? try having a hot bath, I just have and the swelling has gone down a little.

i have this very occasionally now and i am only 13w 3d i just put my feet up and it goes away. i think mine is because i sit a desk all day at work and all the blood drains to them!!
