from what age can you take them swimming? i have seen swim nappies and i assume the cord has to have fallen off and healed but does it matter what age as long as you keep them warm? x

From birth is fine but I was told when they are very little it needs to be a very warm pool like a hydro pool so they don't get cold as they can't regulate their temperature very well x

It used to be after jabs due to polio, but any time is good now. X

Im planning on taking Ana swimming tomorrow I have a all in one outfit for her so hopefully will keep her warm enough. xx

Make sure you have the proper swimming nappies (I use huggies little swimmers) my local pool wont let lo in without them as regular nappies absorb the water, expand and the gel crystals leak out
