Hi, does anyone use these at night's?? We used ours for the first time last night and he slept pretty well. Mw came in this morning and said it might be safer using blankets at night as if he's too hot he'll put his arms up to cool down. Now I'm too scared to use at night xx

I use swaddling pods yes.

If its hot that's all she uses with her nappy.

I've just bought a pack of 3 giant muslins which we can use to swaddle her which are lightweight as well.

I prefer the swaddle me hun, babies can't get underneath them the same as blankets. When it was really hot last week Albert slept in the buff and just the swaddling and nappy. If you have a nursery thermometer then you can make sure the room is as cool as possible in the heat. I've just ordered a swaddle graduate pod to use when he outgrows the Summer ones. He sleeps so much better!

Tilly has one of those, I saw it in offer in mothercare for a few quid but they only had blue ones with footballs and ships on them. Rofl. I hope she doesn't mind

The link I put in alternative parenting for the cheap mei tai do them in pink hun, it's where I ordered Albert's one from.....and 2 mei tais  :D

We don't use them as Emily really didn't like to be swaddled... :-(. That was after me buying loads when I was pregnant, thinking all babies like to be swaddled! Grrr... I think you use them without blankets, as they are pretty warm.

Haha! I have quite a few items of clothing that are blue as they were on special offer! And a lovely Christmassy sleep suit that Emily has been wearing recently! Gotta grab the bargains! :-)
