i got declined the sure start grant,because im on ma now, not jsa has anyone appealled against this and won????????????????? but i was on jsa i dont think thois is fair im so mad

yes i appealed because the jobcentre made a mistake in my husbands benefit which went on for months and i had to write letter after letter telling them it was their mistake and i got it.
make sure you appeal asap as after a month you cant appeal

We weren't entitled when i was pregnant but was once he was born so applied then
