Sudden pelvic floor panic!

Just occurred to me this afternoon that I have done maybe a total of 40 pelvic squeezes during this pregnancy - eek! Anyone else completely forgotten/been completely inconsistent? My pelvic floor took a bit of a hit after baby 1 anyway so goodness knows what state i'll be in after this one.. Tena lady to the ready

lol i think that is probably 40 more than I've done. Awful isnt it? First time round I was quite good. Last time and this time I just forgot.

Me too! I'm not convinced I'm doing them properly! Mine were rubbish before pregnancy I.e sneezing and laughing is risky business hahaha!!

So glad i'm not the only one! I've been squeezing like mad the last couple of days in a last ditch attempt to save myself.. Also am not 100% sure i'm doing them properly Tina! x

It wouldn't effect labour would it? That's the only thing I worry about! Somebody said to me that when in labour a midwife can tell if you've done your pelvic floors?!!!! Xx
