Did anyone just get one stretch mark or after the 1st one appears is it just a matter of time before more appear?

I dont even know if it is a stretch mark or not but looks like it could turn into one, it's not ripped my skin but I can see the purple under my skin helpppppp xx

Slather it with moisturiser quick!!! It sounds like you might be getting another go faster speed stripe hun :( but hopefully that will be it  xxxxxxxx

I went until 37 weeks with none, then overnight i looked like a spiders web across my belly!
I use cocoa butter every day but doesnt seem to touch it!

Maybe you'll be lucky and just get a few.

I am devastated. Just praying it's nothing. I actually feel like crying xx

Aw Hun. It might not be a stretch mark? I had a few marks that weren't that I thought were a while back.

And if it is then I'm sure it will fade afterwards. I felt very upset after I got mine too. I'm still grieving my old body now lol

Just showed hubby and he said it looks like a vain i suppose only time will tell. I feel so selfish for even feeling like this, I know I'd rather have a beautiful healthy baby but I also wants body too xx

Sweetie it is perfectly ok to feel a bit selfish sometimes, the better we look after ourselves and the happier we are the better for baby. We are the ones doing all the hard work after all. It could well be a vein, but if it's not it will fade soon enough xxxxxxxxxx

Thanks Hun , only time will tell. I'll have another look tonight when I get out of the bath xxx

Oh the joys of the dreaded stretchmarks !! your lucky, i must have a stretch mark on every part of my body ! im only 29 weeks, boobs CHECK ! Legs CHECK ! Stomach CHECK ! My poor body, iv tried bio oil, didnt work and im sure it kept me awake at night?, so i went out and bought palmers for stretch marks and that doesnt help either :( by 40 weeks my strechmars will have stretchmarks !!

Appologies for the moan :) xxxx apparently they fade away slightly after birth (im praying) :D

They do fade hun, vitamin E cream is fab to help them fade as it's very good for scars as well and makes the skin stronger xxxxxxxxx

I only had a few to start with, at my sides of stomach and lots of them! But in the last week or so I seem to have another one on front of stomach, hips and bum when I wake up. I've been using cocoa butter and bio oil since tri 1 everyday. It gets me feeling soo down! X

My boobs are COVERED since I grew from a B to a double D in the space of about 6 weeks! None on belly yet but found a new one on my bum! Didn't even think my bum had grown! x

Mine have pretty much calmed down at the min, im waiting on another growth spurt for the next lot ! :( im going to try the vitamin E cream as sugested :)

xxxx

I could handle them on my legs, bum and even boobs its not as though I ever have them on show but my belly, I like my little summer tops and stuff. :((((((( xxx

I have them on my tum. :( Was also a bit devastated when I first got them but was told they are genetic and no amount of creams help as it's a deeper layer of skin that stretches anyway, not the part you moisturise, so felt better that I couldn't have done anything about it, even though I'd moisturised from 12 weeks!! Was most worried about what OH would think as they look pretty nasty but he doesn't seem bothered at all, and the ones I got as a teen when I grew tall very quickly faded to a pale silver colour so hope these will do the same. FX it's just a vein, but don't be too upset if it isn't - you're nearly at the finish so surely can't get many even if they do start appearing??!!

your body is not ruined your a tiger who has earned her stripes :) , Thats how im thinking (for now) xxx

Mine are my go faster stripes!! (Even though ironically I couldn't go any slower if I tried at the moment!!!)
