strange goin's on.....

I have only very resently come off the pill, but previously to me coming off it, i did miss a day here and there.
I had my AF as normal after pack of the pill, and then stopped taking it, since then i've had ramdom days of AF, i've got back ache, and tummy ache occasionly, is this normal after stopping the pill?
And not a sign of implantation bleeding??

hi, they say that your cycles dont get back to normal until after about 6 months after coming off the pill, i came off it in January and since then have had irregular periods, i have also had stomach cramps and this month a bit of spotting which i thought was implantation bleeding but it turned out to be AF and she was bang on time - the evil witch!! its soo frustrating!!

i been having really bad cramps also, hot water bottle and glass of wine did the trick dont like the mood swings which come with it tho
