I had similar, like Samsgirl said the tea tree on the pad helped loads.
I had a hole like you describe, though they told me it heals from the inside first and then the skin will knit together over the top when the muscle has healed.
Thanks everybody, guess I'll just have to wait it out - think I will try and get the nurse to give me some answers though, if it's the one I saw ages ago then she's much nicer than the last doctor I saw.
everyones dfferent hun. I met a woman inhospital who had their little one at 3am and by 9am she was being discharged and running around. I couldnt barely walk or lift baby or anything. Your bodys gone through 2 major changes, beign pregnant and not being pregnant. As ive said above took me 2 weeks to be able to sit down properly and even now i feel pullingx
As has been said everyone is different... With my first I had an episiotomy and forceps and didn't feel normal until around 6weeks afterwards but this time I tore and was stitched up and home within 4hours, now it all feels back to normal.
Well I have no idea what the nurse actually did yesterday, and at the time it hurt like hell (I didn't dare sit down on the bus home ), but I think she's fixed it! I had a bath last night and ever since I've been feeling so much better
