Stitch!

I used to be able to walk really quick. These past few weeks I can't walk as I used to without getting a painful stitch! It's really frustrating.
Is this normal?

yea i had it. just take more beaths and more stops or sits. pinch the side where the stitch is but dont pinch the baby or rub the side

i'm so lazy i barely walk! its only from the sofa to the kitchen or if i'm working i have to walk up the stairs! Had lower tummy pain though
